Service operation records: IP address and access/audit logs (access_logs).

Used only to provide the service (firmware distribution, license issuance, community) and to respond to inquiries.

Access and audit logs (access_logs) are deleted automatically after 90 days (pruned once a day).

Retention periods for other items will be specified here once finalized.
